I bought yhis basket for the readio flyer tricycle and is a disapointment, because:
1. the flowers come off if you touch them and my 2 y.o. daugther split them into their components (the centre and back of the flower) and they scream "chocking hazard".
2. the basket doesn't hang straight but king forwards so is very easy to tip it and drop everything

I ordered this for my granddaughter's tricycle. It is the perfect size for a trike. Because it is all plastic, it should be very easy to wash off if it gets dirty. My only disappointment is that the plastic strips to attach the basket either stick out several inches or you have to weave them into the basket. The later is ideal, but when I did that, one plastic piece in the basket broke....so I don't recommend weaving the attaching strip into the basket.

we bought my daughter her first bike at a yardsale for five dollers and put this basket on it made it soooo much cuter...it's very sturdy she loves to put her stuffed animals in it and take a ride...

Works great on my daughters bike. She can tote around her purses and baby dolls and she loves the cute flowers. It helps make her plain bike a little girly. She has left it out in the rain a few times and it seems to hold up nicely. She has also smooshed the basket a few times and it bounced back to shape perfectly.
