 Good helmet but needs other picture February 24, 2010

This helmet has a cutout in the shape of a heart on the very top, and since the helmet was for my son, we both feel like there should be an additional picture showing the top of the helmet. The helmet is otherwise fine, but boys may feel it is too "girly" for them.

This helmet is a good value. First it feels very sturdy, unlike some helmets I've bought for my kids that seem to "creak" when you grab them. Second, the adjustable knob strap on the back is awesome. I can secure the helmet tightly for either of my young kids easily. I bought another because I liked the first one so much. Both helmets were the smaller youth size, but fit fine on my kids' average heads.

Nice modern looking bike helmet for kids, but the chin straps do not shorten enough for a normal childs head. There is a nice adjustable knob in he back to keep it on the childs head. I'd recommend this for a "youth' of 8+ or a child with a larger then normal head fir his/her age
